What support covers

Support covers Google sign-in, Marketplace install context, tenant setup, admin capability checks, group/member reporting, matrix loading, direct membership edits, payment recovery, subscription management, cancellation questions, and paid admin seat questions.

Response expectations

OpsLantern is a small product. Response times may vary, but issues affecting sign-in, installation, billing access, payment recovery, or unsafe membership behavior should be called out clearly in the subject line.

Billing and larger Workspaces

Self-serve paid plans support Workspaces up to 100 active, non-suspended users. Contact support for larger Workspace custom setup, manual support-managed entitlements, tenant purge requests, or billing questions that cannot be resolved through Stripe-hosted billing.
